Department of Financial Services (DFS) has undertaken EASE (enhanced
access and service excellence) reform in 2018. Now as a part of EASE reform 2.0,
Finance Minister has launched Doorstep Banking (DSB) in order to provide the
convenient doorstep banking to the customers.
Target Customers
Initially doorstep banking was proposed for senior citizens and differently able customer who found it difficult to visit the branch but now under EASE reform 2.0 this service is extended to all the customers. This service may be useful for:
Features of the Service:
- The service is outsourced to M/s Atyati Technologies Private Limited and M/s Integra Micro Systems Private Limited. Area of operation of both the firm will be different
- This service can be availed in 11 languages
- Geo tagging of Agent will be done so that customer can track the real time position of the agent assigned to him
- Multi Channel notification will be sent to customer through SMS, Email, in app push notification for each stage of his order/service
- Service will be delivered withing 3 hours if ordered before 3:00pm
- All the services will be provided by agent by adhering the COVID-19 safety norms
- This service will be provided by the appointed agencies with a nominal charges. However charges are not yet disclosed.
- Services once ordered, it may be cancelled before picking up the cash/DD/Pay Order/FD etc from Bank or Cheque/Cash/DD/Pay Order etc from customer. In this case charges will be refunded to the customer

1 Pick up of negotiable instruments (cheque/draft/pay order etc.)
2 Request account statement
3 Pick up new cheque book requisition slip
4 Delivery of non-personalized cheque book draft, pay order, term deposit receipt, acknowledgement etc.
5 Accetance of 15G/15H forms
6 TDS/form 16 certificate issuance
7 Delivery of pre-paid instrument/gift card
8 Issuing standing instructions
